शिपिंग नीति


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM are processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation when placed and a tracking ID once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India with trusted courier partners (DTDC, Speed and safe, India Post, Delhivery, etc.).

Kerala Deliveries
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

Rest of India
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations may take 1–2 additional days

3. Shipping Charges

Within Kerala
  • Orders below ₹1000Delivery charge applies

  • Orders ₹1000 and aboveFREE delivery

Outside Kerala (Pan India)
  • Delivery charges apply for all orders, regardless of order value.

  • Charges depend on product weight, size, and PIN code.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across India only for selected products & locations.

  • COD Charge:
    An additional ₹80 - ₹500 (or actual courier COD fee) will be added to COD orders.

  • COD order have to pay an advance amount first and the rest can be paid by Cash.

  • COD orders may require phone number verification before dispatch.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, your tracking number will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email.

  • You can track the order through the respective courier website.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please enter your shipping address carefully.

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Wrong/incomplete address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Phone not reachable

    • Repeated refusal of delivery

    The buyer must pay reshipping charges to dispatch again.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product

Contact us within 24–48 hours with clear photos/video.
We will provide a replacement or refund based on the issue.

8. Cancellations After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For COD orders, refusing delivery may result in blocking COD for future orders.

9. Split Shipments

Some products may ship from different warehouses.
You might receive multiple parcels at no extra cost.
